DUI Dismissed. Client was arrested for DUI while sleeping behind wheel of parked car. Car was parked in safe location. Upon first appearance in court, the arresting officer did not show up. Client drove over 2 hours to be present. I obtained an order from the court ordering the officer to be subpoenaed and if officer did not show, case would be dismissed. Upon second appearance, client again driving over 2 hours to be present, officer did not show up. Case dismissed.
