Client arrested on old warrant for alleged violation of probation and held on no bond. I obtained a small bond by appearing in court when case was not scheduled and reached an agreement with the state. The Judge approved our agreement. I later appeared in court on the probation violation, presented our evidence to the state and the state decided to take no action. Petition to Violate Probation dismissed.
